Ikea Tradfri Driver with ZHA/zigbee2mqqt + Styrbar button simultaneously

Hi!

I would like to pair my Ikea Tradfri driver to ZHA (or zigbee2mqqt) and to the Ikea Styrbar button simultaneously. So, if the HA server is down, i can still control the driver with the button.

This is my driver: IKEA ICPSHC24-30EU-IL-1 control via MQTT | Zigbee2MQTT
And this is my button: IKEA E2001/E2002 control via MQTT | Zigbee2MQTT

I managed to integrate the Styrbar button to HA (tried it with ZHA and after that with zigbee2mqqt too), but when i do this i cannot use the button manually. Like if the previous pairing (Styrbar button + Tradfri led driver) unpairs itself. I tried the other way around too, didn’t work either.

Should i integrate the driver to Zha/zigbee2mqqt too? But i fear if i reset the driver to integrate into zha/zigbee2mqqt, i mess up the devices and wont be able to reverse everything and use the button with it as intended. And i don’t think this will solve the problem, since the button still wont work manually

Is it possible somehow? I couldn’t find any useful info in the forums. Or am i missing something obvious? :slight_smile:

Look for ‘bind’ in the Zigbee2MQTT docs. Something like this:
