Does anyone know if there’s any temperature sensors (preferably battery powered) available that works with IKEA Trådfri? I might also consider switching to Philips Hue in case that’s the only option.

I don’t think there are. Im using deconz as a gateway and this way I can combine Hue, Ikea, Xiaomi and other manufacturers sensors, works great. Going over to Hue will still limit you to a few devices.
