IKEA Vindstyrka Issue After Core Update 2025.1.2 (Missing in Zigbee2MQTT)

Hi everyone,

I’m new to Home Assistant and trying to learn how to configure and manage my smart devices. Yesterday, I updated Home Assistant Core to version 2025.1.2, and since then, I’ve encountered an issue with my IKEA Vindstyrka sensor (air quality and temperature), which was previously configured through Zigbee2MQTT and the Mosquitto broker.

Configuration details:
• Sensor: IKEA Vindstyrka
• Integrations: Zigbee2MQTT + Mosquitto broker
• Home Assistant Core version: 2025.1.2
• Home Assistant OS version: 14.1
• Zigbee dongle: SkyConnect

Issue:

After updating Home Assistant Core, the IKEA Vindstyrka sensor has completely disappeared from Zigbee2MQTT. I can no longer see it listed among my devices, and even when I try to re-pair it, Zigbee2MQTT doesn’t detect it anymore.

Steps I’ve tried:
1. Restarted Home Assistant, Zigbee2MQTT, and Mosquitto broker.
2. Reset the IKEA Vindstyrka sensor and attempted to re-pair it with the Zigbee network.
3. Checked the logs for both Zigbee2MQTT and Mosquitto broker but didn’t find any clear errors pointing to the issue.
4. Confirmed that other Zigbee devices connected to the same coordinator are working fine.

Questions:
1. Has anyone else experienced similar issues with the IKEA Vindstyrka sensor after updating to Core 2025.1.2?
2. Could the new Core version have introduced changes that interfere with Zigbee2MQTT or this specific sensor?
3. Any suggestions on how to re-add the sensor or diagnose the root cause of this problem?

Thank you in advance for any advice! I’m excited to learn more and be part of this amazing community.

I have 2 Vindstryrka with Core 2025.1.2 and Zigbee2MQTT 2.0.0, i have no problem.
