I'm locked out after update. Don't know what to do!

Ran the update recently after not doing so for several months. After updating, when trying to access hassio through my duckDNS address, I get this screen. I haven’t seen this before, and I don’t have a login. Anyone know what I can do to get back in?

Thanks for the response. However I can’t find any storage folder in my configuration folder. This is what I see: 30%20AM

.storage folder. Note the “.” You will have to enable viewing of hidden files on your PC.

And after deleting those files doesn’t work?
(and you followed the doc which said delete them rather than rename them, which in hindsight was a stupid mistake).
