This might be an odd question, but I do a lot of light control via DeConz through Node-RED because I think it’s much much easier and quicker to do it there instead of HASS automations. All works great, but since a few versions where the user is shown in the log in HASS all I see is ‘by Hassio.io’. However, I was wondering if it’s possible to fake that, or to impersonate a specific user. The buttons I let control my lights are in a specific room that belongs to a user, so that user is the one that controls the light.
Is this possible at all? I couldn’t find anything in the HASS documentation. Would be cool if I could put a user or the name of the button (bedroom wall button) for example so I know who or what controlled a light.
