Impossible to access Home Assistant although alive

Hi All,
My home assistant suddently stopped to answer by web access. It’s ethernet connected, on a Raspberry Pi.
Now to see what’s the problem, I need to access my raspberry, is there a way to access by SSH ?
Or have I to erase all and start again from the begining ?
Note that raspberry Pi is responding to a ping command.
Thanks

Are you running Home Assistant OS?

Did you set up the SSH addon?

Even if you don’t have SSH access there are still less drastic options.

  1. connect a monitor and keyboard to the pi, inspect the logs, fix errors, restart.

  2. if that fails you can restore from a snapshot.

  3. if you have no snapshot you can recover the configuration files from the SD card,

As the system is still working it is unlikely you will have to progress past option 1.

Oh thanks @tom_l, so stupid am I, not to think on very basic solution
I will check and come back to this post…

Ok what strange is that HA is running well now just after connected keyboard and screen on my Pi, without any interaction (just one login root).
How to know what was blocking before ? May be an update that was waiting a device ?
How to see the old log file to find what was blocking ?

ha core logs
ha supervisor logs

Thanks but shows logs of the current day only, not history.

It shows the logs since last restart.

And today, after removing the screen and keyboard, again my HA is no more accessible!
(Connection refused)
I will never find the real problem.
I tried also to access by SSH but impossible to setup a tunnel.
