Unfortunatly there are some case that use a new version of API, this is probably your case.
At this moment my component do not support APIv2.
Did you try to use the example program? In case, was you able to see your device?

I use your component and use the option to login with app V2, my washer was discovered. Using a hotmail email for the account.

Just one question, does it support remote start of the washer? if so is there any reference for this so I can configure this in an automation?

Hi,

no, at this moment this is only a sensor and only read data from device, cannot send command.

I just released a new version (0.2.1) with dryer support.
Not having dryer, I was not able to do any test so need feed-back from you. Please provide directly issue on component github repository so it will be simpler to manage and track resolution.

Hi, can someone please help me with the next steps… i was successfully able to follow the instructions and able to see the polling results… but not sure / can’t find out some more details around how to get the sensor added to Home assistant. Please help as i am new to this. thank you. trying to get the LG washing machine and dryer added to my HA

What other sensors are you interested in? Pretty much everything is displayed in the sensor.washer and sensor.dryer and you can create a template sensor if you want to a sensor to display any of that data.

I posted my lovelace UI to the feature request thread, thought I should link to it from here.

@Tomek985 there are loads of sensor values available as attributes on the sensor component. You can see how I used those in my UI by taking a look at the yaml.
