In search for a good remote controlled dimmable light

I’m moving, and looking to change my lighting setup. So far I’ve been using wifi/zigbee bulbs for my lighting, and battery powered zigbee/RF switches to control them.
I now want to move to mains zigbee light switches for the fallback of a normal light switch, but I want to avoid adding neutral to my switches. As far as I know, you can’t have no neutral switches with dimming, so I thought about adding a BT/RF/zigbee/whatever smart light to the mix for dimming, but it needs to have these properties:

  • Controllable remotely - I can use RF/IR with my existing broadlink units, and zigbee if it can connect to z2m, but anything with BT will have to have an integration to homeassistant/esphome since I don’t intend on using a dedicated phone app
  • Remember last state - since they won’t be connected to constant power, I dont want them to pull some weird “blinking pairing mode” or “switch to warm/cold light” every time they lose and regain power from the zigbee switch
  • Controllable quickly - I don’t want to have to wait long before I can dim the light. My current wifi bulbs can take minutes and several restarts of the light switch before being available to control. That’s why I’m dropping wifi control from now on
  • Replaceable LEDs - LEDs die eventually. I don’t want to replace the entire body when it does, and redrill new holes in case that specific model is no longer in production. A light where the whole LED assembly can be replaced, or a new generic magnetic one attached and connected would be best

Any directions for a model/brand available on AliExpress, or other solutions are welcome. Thanks!
