In Window Blinds Control

Did some general searching but didn’t come across anything (and really didn’t expect to). I’ve got several doors with in-window blinds that I’d really love to control/automate. Don’t remember the specific door brand (I think ODL?) but here’s a picture I found online that looks very similar:

Anyone come across a good way to control them? I’m considering trying to make a Frankenstein creation using a stepper motor (although I suspect I won’t be happy with the end result for multiple reasons). I’d prefer something plug and play similar to the SwitchBot blind controller, but have no problem DIYing it (as I assume I’ll have to).

For anyone not familiar with them, the white rectangle is magnetically connected to the blinds and you move it up/down both to tilt the blinds as well as pull them up/down. It takes a BIT of force to adjust , similar to corded blinds. I only care about moving it a small amount for adjusting the tilt.

You could use a stepper and pull it from either end over some pulleys or you could get a linear actuator to move the control.

That’s my current plan, unless I come across a better option. Looking at getting something like this:
