Include pymssql in Docker image

Hi,

I would like to suggest that the necessary dependencies for using SQL as a recorder will be included in the Docker image. It will make it a lot easier to use SQL.

@balloob do you think you can add this to the Docker image? pymssql is needed to use recorder with a MS SQL Server DB. Thanks.

It appears as though it was added, but I have no idea when. Iā€™m on 0.87.1 and using Hassio. Recorder is connected and using my MSSQL server. When I first tried it, I got an error regarding dependencies, but upon closer inspection it was due to me specifying a database in configuration.yaml that had not yet been created. After manually creating a new MSSQL database for hassio, and restarting everything is working good.
