Inconsistent Zwave performance

Hi, I’m needing help diagnosing inconsistent Zwave performance. I have around 20 entities, almost all light switches and dimmers. I’m running HA in a Python env on a Lenovo ThinkPad with 8G RAM and an Intel i5 CPU. My zwave stick is a Zooz Plus S2 stick. Not using the laptop for amything else. When turning on a scene that involves 5 or 6 light switches and dimmers via Lovelace, I can see response times from instantaneous to almost fifteen seconds. I’ve tried relocating the laptop to various points in the house and running the heal network command but it really doesn’t seem to make a difference.

Any ideas on how to fix this issue? Thanks.

Update - it appears that it’s not the zwave network that’s my problem - it’s the Fully Kiosk app running on my wall-mounted panel. I can consistently achieve good performance via a normal browser. I’ll have to poke around to see what’s going on with the app.
