Increase Device Refresh Rate?

I’ve connected an Eve Room with an Eve Extend and gotten Home Assistant to be able to view the devices (following these instructions), but sometimes they will go days without updating (and I know the numbers have changed because I can view them on the device itself).

Does anyone know how I can force Home Assistant to refresh the data for these devices?

Specifically, I would like to refresh air_quality.eve_room_b109 about every 15 min.

But another number (humidity) on the same device, updated two hours ago.

I’ve tried creating an automation to update the device, but it doesn’t seem to do anything:

I’m facing the same issue. Did you find a solution?
Btw, did you update the eve extend firmware ?

No, unfortunately. Temp and Humidity update a fair amount, but air quality doesn’t much. Though when there is a change, it updates, but I just don’t get a nice curve seeing the change. It just jumps, for example from 96 for 12 hours to 450 with nothing in between.

And yes, I did update the eve extend firmware.

I’ll keep looking for a solution. Let me know if you find anything!
