Increased latency and endless "Update takes over 10 seconds" Warnings "Update fails" Errors

Hi all,

since this week (subjectively since 104) I experience the following issues:

  • Very much (thousands) log entries of: “update of sensor.****** takes over 10 seconds WARNING”
  • Very much log entries of: “update of sensor.****** fails ERROR”
  • increased latency / reaction times from buttons or motion detectors

Reboot of the whole system didn’t help longterm, only short term.

Setup is Intel NUC with Docker and hassio
Load is about constantly 0.3 and CPU constantly about 8 %. RAM is enough free available.

Solved. Investigating again…

The issue was that the core was busy because of having 3 integrations doubled.
This has somehow something to do with the update towards 104.
I have never added the integrations a second time.
The integrations were done my config.yaml entry - after the update the duplicate was in the integrations page.

I currently see the errors in conjunction with a specific custom component (meross).
I am currently in discussion with its creator if this makes sense or is just bad luck.
