Increasing rating limits and or switching to another notifier?

2 questions:

  1. How can I increase the rate limit past 150 messages per day? I stopped using this notifier because os the limits but am looking to switch back.
  2. Is there a way to switch to another notifier once you’ve passed the rate limit?
