Looking for suggestions on cameras to use for a baby monitor. Just needs to be able to stream live via HA dashboard, but also with the option to integrate into a NVR type set up in the future if needed. Will probably ceiling mount in the corner of the room, if there’s to ability to pan and zoom? Also via wifi if possible.
Is the best option to go down the RTSP route for this?

Amcrest or dahua with starlight. Starlight will allow you to turn of LED and if you desire use small nightlight. Set to color always and good image with color dark and light.
Field of view on the cameras are very wide, like >103 degrees so if in corner you can see most of room.

You can use an Amcrest as suggested and block it from the internet.
