Inexpensive Multi-Room Audio recommendation

Hello,

I am quite new to home assistant and I was wondering if any of you have a diy or very cheap audio system at home, since I think this would bring my automation quite cooler than what it is right now. Do you have any suggestion that I could use? Please take into consideration that the cost is very important for me. Furthermore another thing would be to have the possibility to play on only one room or play on all (not quite sure if this is even possible (Noob here  )

Thank you for your help

Uou will this work with raspberry pi zeros?

Logitechmediaserver and either hardware squeezeboxes or Rpi with squeezelite.

My recommendation is Daphile as the server:
https://www.daphile.com/

And Raspberry Pi Zero W as the players, I have a mixture here, one with a Phat DAC and another with a JustBoom Amp Zero, I have to say Iā€™m impressed with the JustBoom Amp Zero, Iā€™m going to get more for other rooms.

My main living room the Daphile server is plugged in to my Arcam DAC.
