InfluxDB not logging all sensors

I want to keep some of my sensor readings indefinitely, so I setup an InfluxDB and started logging there via the InfluxDB integration.

Many sensors are logging, but many are not. Specifically, I’m missing power readings from Emporia Vue 2 (running ESPHome) as well as helper sensors derived from them. I suspect it’s related to these readings not showing up in the Logbook, but I don’t know for sure.

Any advice how I could set this up correctly is appreciated.

I have a similar problem with influxDB not logging (when I look inside it) the ‘total energy used’ sensor from Octopus Energy custom integration. This was added since influx DB started being used … do I need to restart anything/everything to get influx to see the new sensor(s)??
