This is probably related to ha cloud. If you are subscribed to nabu casa then your mob will report it status, usually every 15 minutes but can be adjusted, and report its location.
Maybe your subscription to nabu casa have expired.
If it isn’t check your location sensors in home assistant mobile app, maybe they are diabled or you just have turned off your mobile data on the phone.
