Initial HA Green configuration fail

Hi
Newbie here starting the HA journey. Bought a HA Green configured it with my details. Wrote down my user name and password during that process so I have a log. Then went to log in and it stated invalid user name or password. No option the for lost your user name or password recovery???

I have tried both the 6 second and 12 second resets and the same result. Just presents the “Welcome Home” login page and won’t accept my user name and password nor will it let me do a lost recovery of them. Stuck in loop.

Any thoughts appreciated…THX

The only option that i think will work in my case is “Resetting the device using an SD card”
