I somehow managed to get 2 of these plugs onto my Zigbee network quite a while ago but now I cannot figure out how to add the 2 new ones I just bought.
Since I added the previous plugs, I moved to a Sonoff Zigbee 3.0 USB Dongle Plus Gateway, but that shouldn’t be an issue.
I thought that this should be a simple 3-step process but I cannot figure it out to save my life.
Just for somebody who might be in the same tricky situation:
Hold the power button on the plug while you plug it in, and it will connect to the Zigbee network - looks like it also needs to be close to the Zigbee Dongle or it won’t connect.
THANK YOU. I never would have guessed I had to hold the power button as I plugged it in. That’s not in the instruction manual. I also really did have to put the thing right next to the Zigbee Dongle for it to connect. I have Aqara smart plugs that connected and setup within seconds and further away from the dongle, but this Innr one was a hassle. I do think I like the functionality of the Innr one more than Aqara, though.
