Input button press not working from android widget on xiaomi 14

Hi there
I am trying to use input button helper press service from android widget on my xiaomi 14 mobile
When I press it I get green checkmark but nothing happens in HA
Of course the button works when I press it from HA dashboard ui

check the companion app logs after reproducing the issue

settings > companion app > troubleshooting > show and share logs

possibly its some bug in the MUI OS of the phone
after reboot of phone problem disappared for a while ill keep tracking it

Is this solved?
I do exactly the same thing in side HA with a automation and it does not work either.
An input button press on a helper button.
When the button is pressed on the dashboard it works.
It sends a modbus commando to my inverter.
Even manually “run action” in the automation does not work.
Anybody has any suggestions?

Looks like a bug in the android app on xiaomi, I have several buttons that do not work

I reported something simular as a bug. It is not a bug. I used the wrong button.
Same as you.
You probebly did the same as me, you put what the button needs to do in the dashboard button. That seems not to work when not pressed on the dashboard.
The action needs to be in the helper. This is possible by using a template button.
