Hi everyone,

For my home, I’ve mode like “night mode”. In night mode my lights brightness is lower than normal or in another color, depends on the room.

To do this, I’ve 3 or 4 variable for each light for each mode which become not very easy to handle with input sliders.

Is there any way to have the same panel as the one we can have when you click on a light in the frontend ? Which could be useful for templating, like an “input_light” to be clear.

You can use an input_Boolean which you can then have an automation trigger on and set the lights.

An input boolean will not make it, it’s only a true/false variable. It will not let me choose which brightness or color temperature the light should switch on when a specific house mode is activated.
