Hi,

I have been looking around, but have been unable to see any LL cards or custom cards similar to the following:

A text input card that once entered, will set the value(string) on an input text variable.

It seems like it would be relatively simple, so I was assuming one would have been made, especially since it seems that the ‘input text’ config seems set up to do it.

If not, i’ll have to delve into coding a bit more… Its a card that I’m fairly mad after at the minute.

Sorry, I’m an idiot - By adding input_text to the config file, it created an input_text entity which can be used as an entity.
