A few months ago I installed a HA green, with success. Now I am trying to install the app on my mobile but I am not successfull in connecting with my HA green. It asks for username and password and I forgot my username (i think I do remender the password). How do I find the username?
I do have acces from the pc, that has not changed. But I need the username for connecting the app to the device. I found the username somewhere near the bottom of your link, under “people”. Thanks!
The steps for regaining access are in the first set of steps in that link impact posted… Creds are not stored in the clear so you’re going to have to reset it. Follow the link and it’s instructions…
I found the user name under (translated from dutch so i am not certain of the correct names)
configuration - persons - and then clicking on the person(s). It then shows all kinds of information. also the username
