Install Hacs in HA

Hi

I’m new to HA, and i’m trying to install hacs. I’ve used this Guide to download and install HACS

After installation, in the sidebar, I press HACS, and then press HACS again under repo-name, I only get the read-me page form GitHUB.

From the side panel chooses, settings → “Devices & Services” , and then press “HACS”. From There I choose “enity” it says hacs update

If I form configurations oress “Add controlpanel” I get the following error

Sounds as if you haven’t downloaded any HACS integrations or cards yet. Did you tick “experimental features” when you installed it? If so, when you press HACS in the sidebar, you should get this:

Click on the filter button and untick the “Downloaded” checkbox.

You should get a list of all the integrations available. To look at dashboard cards, change “category filter” to “Lovelace”.

That is from the entity table inside HA.

I click Settings → “Devices & services”
Here I choose “HACS” , and Click “1 service”
And here is the big diffrence

The black title is from a working installation
The white title, is mine, where HACS doesn’t work

And thats exactly the problem: Hacs isn’t working

HACS is working…
If it was not you would not see that…

So again… What exactly_ is “isn’t working”?

When push comes to show: HACS isn’t working, and I need help with that

When push comes to show: HACS is working, and you still fail to explain what you are missing

When I click HACK at the side panel I get the following

That’s correct. You now search for the integration/card you want and click on it - that will take you to the readme page for that integration, which has a download button.

When the “downloaded” filter is ticked you only see integrations/cards you have already downloaded - and at the moment that’s only HACS itself.
