Install in Virtualbox fails - not booting

I followed this guide https://www.home-assistant.io/installation/windows to install Home Assistant on a Windows 10 PC running Virtual box. I think I followed all settings, but the system is not even booting. I am getting this screen:

What might be the reason for this behavior?

Might the reason for the issue be the host system (Win 10 on a HP ProLiant N54L AMD Turion II Dual Core 2.2Ghz) with 8GB RAM?

Does it work if you disable Secure Boot?
