Install new electric shutters with HA

Hello,
I am having trouble to find a suitable solution about our new to be installed electric (outside) shutters.

I know there are in general two types of controls (1) by a switch and (2) by wireless controll (xxx Mhz)
My wife want them to be controlled wireless, so in case of WIFI & HA down they will still be controllable
I want to integrate them into HA not using a third party online service like Overkiz (somfy)

Is there a way to solve this puzzle?
The way i planned original was shelly + wall switch but my wife does not like the idea of many wall switches so she wants wireless remote controls

Hope to get new ideas and help for a stable installation for 4-5 shutters individual control each floor.

If you have Somfy RTS motors there is this solution. As so happens I use it to control my outdoor shades.

I use Fibaro Roller Shutter controllers (Z-Wave). They are great and still have local switches to operate them independent of HA.
