Installation error first time set up

Hi there, I get stuck on a loop when setting up for the first time, this is where it get stuck, any ideas? I have restarted but with no luck, thanks

Any luck with this? I just got mine and upon installing it just shows error when downloading docker image. I haven’t seen anyone with an actual fix for this. To say the least its getting frustrating.
