Installation of HASS OS on x86-64 fails and wont start due to disk problem?

Hi all
Have an old desktop PC that I try to install HomeAssistant OS on. It has uefi enabled and I have done it using the UBUNTU USB stick method and have flashed the hassos image to an internal SSD disk. I have also tried it with normal sata disks and always end up in the same situation. When starting up the machine it gets stuck in “Waiting for the Home assistant CLI to be ready…” and doesnt continue from that. The image I have flashed is https://github.com/home-assistant/operating-system/releases/download/9.3/haos_generic-x86-64-9.3.img.xz.

I have also tried v8.5 just to see if anything would change but same result. When pressing ctrl-alt-f2 and looking at journalctl i can see the following result which implies that something isnt ok with the mounting of the file system. Is there anyone who have an idea of what to do? The output from the pictures is from v8.5 that i tried latest but the same for 9.3 also

Anyone that has any idea of how to solve this issue?
