Soirry but im new in Home Assitant and need some information.
Why all is focused on the rasperry?
Is there no possibility to install it on a pc?

It’s not. It’s just an easy way to start that the majority of people use.
There are many possibilities. See:
Keep in mind that the home assistant server always has to be on for it to function. So Windows10 desktop, that can update and restart at any time, or any PC you shut down when not using it are a poor choices.
