Hey guys, I’ve been trying to get HAOS installed on a MacMini with little luck. I followed the directions outlined here…MacOS - Home Assistant
The problem I am running into is that the vdi is greyed out when I am creating the VM. I think it has something to do with VirtualBox looking for an ISO vs a VDI. Any thoughts? I can seem to get back this step.
Instead of trying to boot from an ISO in order to install the OS on your newly created harddisk file, you add an already prepared harddisk (being the vdi you downloaded) with HassOS.
This add you do during the creation of the virtual machine.
