My husband got his hands on a free 10" all in one screen from Elo which isn’t supported anymore. It has android 4.4.2.
I want to use this as my dashboard for the homescreen to switch on lights and control the temperature. But I have no idea how to get it working on this. If I can get it to reboot with a new OS so I can install HA OS on it, that would be perfect. Otherwise we have to use our RaspberryPi.
Is there anyone familiar with an Elo All in one 10i 2.0 and has got it working with HA?
Ive read you can use the browser but I can’t even install a different browser on it and I want a kiosk mode so you won’t see the top and bottom of the screen but I already searched into that, that it doesn’t work with android 4.4.2.
