I’ve run the installer.sh script and seems to be working but when i check “miniserver.local:8123” it is offline but when i check “miniserver.local:4357” It says says it’s online. When checking Portainer It says that everything is running exept “homeassistant” When i start it it stops. I’ve been waiting for approx 15 min.
Use the Portainer bash shell for the home assistant container to check the home-assistant.log file.

I just installed homeassistant container and dealt with not having addons. It works but isn’t great
Pretty much every single addon is available as a Docker container, or you can make one.
If you go over to Discord you will find a bunch of people that consider the containerised version of HA to be vastly superior to HA OS. I’m not one of those elitist snobs like @Tinkerer though

More seriously, there’s (mostly) no wrong choice. It’s about what works for the individuals. I like having control, but others want point-n-click. Thankfully we can both have this
