What OS are you running on the PI ?
What do you mean by docker isn’t running properly?

i tried to install it on raspberry pi with raspberry pi imager homeassistant and everything went well.
i think it runs better without docker. with docker you don’t have the add-ons either, do you?
sorry maybe i am thinking totally wrong…
