Thanks. At a quick look, their wiki has lots of references to MQTT. Are you sure it isn’t compatible already?

The Onvif Integration dont work because Instar 9408 2K+ use Digest Authentication by Onvif.

At the moment i had it working as HomeKit device in HA.

onvif appears to have digest auth, but I don’t have a device to test.

Onvif integration doesnt work with this model.

Mqtt i have not tested.

Oh man cool idea, does the motion alarm works this way? My instar 8001 is recognized my onvif butnthe alert entities are missing, this would help a lot
