I started using HA after Insteon Shut down. my hub disconnected a lot. i found the reason. i work from home and every time i connected to work thru Sonicwall NetExtender my hub was not available my home and work IP network range was the same. i changed the home IP range and have not has a problem with the hub disconnecting
just want to pass along mabe it will help others
