Insteon hub will no longer connect

Recently my Insteon Hub 2 disconnected from HA. At first all Insteon devices were unavailable. After attempting reconnection multiple times all I get is “failed to connect” message. I’ve rebooted both Insteon Hub and HA. Both are lan connected to router/internet modem. I’ve even paid for cloud service for both…still nothing. HELP

I am in a similar situation. I just migrated my HA installation to a new computer and unfortunately didn’t backup my settings and as a result I am setting everything up again. I previously had the Insteon integration working on the old computer. Now every time I try to configure it on the new computer I also get the “failed to connect” message.

I can’t recover from the old computer as it is dead.

I am running HA via VirtualBox on a Ubuntu computer. HA and Insteon Hub 2 are on the same subnet. HA was able to auto discover the Hub 2 device and add it to the integrations settings. I have the Insteon cloud subscription and can successfully access the hub via the Insteon app. I have also tested my hub login from the browser to make sure my creds were correct. Double checked the port on the hub also. Everything appears to be in order.

Any help is appreciated as I would really like to get Insteon back on HA for more advanced scenes and device integrations.

I have been having the same issue, but it seems like Insteon pushed an update that blocks even local network connections until you pay their subscription…

Are there any hubs or plugins that could utilize my Insteon switches without the rediculous subscription Insteon bricked my hub to obtain?

I get the failure even with a subscription. Any ideas for a solution would be appreciated.
