Insteon Integration -> add device = Already Configured (?)

While building up a HA 11.5 system on VMware 17.5.0 to duplicate the configuration of a broken HA 8.4 system, when I add the Insteon hub (2245-222) the integration indicates that the hub model number is 2245-555 and none of the connected Insteon modules are brought in. The integration will let me add X10 modules no problem but when I try to add Insteon modules manually, a popup flashes so fast I can’t read it, and then this overlay pops up and awaits my response:

Any thoughts on how to resolve this issue?

Since autodiscovery failed to capture the Insteon devices, adding devices manually from the Insteon Device webpage was necessary along with triggering the discovery mode on each device.
