Hello! I’m new to Home Assistant. I started building my RPi 4B with Home Assistant in June 2022. I had to because I got emails from Insteon stating that they will charge users subscription to use their service. I recently completed the Insteon Integration in Home Assistant. That being said, I want to sever ties with Insteon. My question is how do I block the Hub from accessing the Internet server(s)? Thanks in advance.
Consider this topic dead. My solution to this was - I moved the Insteon crap hub up front to my firewall and created a deny access rule any traffic from and to the hub IP address. And to really lock it down, I also created a rule to deny port 25105 from/to any direction. AND, after I completed this, I saw the status light of the hub turned RED!
