Insteon Switch On State shows 128, should be 256

Hello there! Another Insteon adoptee here! Really enjoying this new ecosystem and a, climbing up the learning curve hill! I have added all my devices successfully, but one dimmer, when toggled on, goes to 128, when it should go to 256. I can’t for the life of me find this variable location, can anyone help? Much appreciated!
