the log in the app of the Switchbot lock is telling you, who open the lock. It also tells you, which method is used to open the lock. E.g. manually, keypad (including the code or the finger was used) or app / home assistant.
If this information are also in home assistant, you can make special automation. For example, make a video if the courier open the door over his pin code.
