Integrate webrtc-streamer for superb camera performance

Just started to add ip-cams to HA. Discovered the problem that no platform is really the right. Either they are lagging or it takes to much time to load.
So I started searching and found webrtc-streamer https://github.com/mpromonet/webrtc-streamer
This streams rtsp-streams nearly realtime and loads up very quickly.

There is already a addon which uses webrtc https://github.com/AlexxIT/hassio-addons/tree/master/rtsp2webrtc

If this could be natively integrated to HA, this could be the end of much of the camera problems which exists with the actual camera integrations.

In the meantime they developed also two lovelace-cards to integrate this.

I’ve managed to create a lovelace card which works with Alex’s add-on. The lovelace card cannot work with ingress authentication in homeassistant. I’ve also had to allow CORS on the “recive” endpoint. This likely has security implications if your homeassistant server is publicly accessible. You will need to install the add-on from my repo to pickup the changes mentioned above. Going to bump this because I think there’s still a need to have low-latency camera feeds as a built-in feature of Home Assistant. WebRTC is a bit fiddly to set up.
