Our system is newer so I’m using the IP from the Envoy Gateway as the “Host” input. And then my Enlighten cloud log in credentials.
My firmware is D8.
I’ve reached out to Enphase and have varied answers from we don’t support BAS integration in the United States to “you will have to create a static IP”.
I’m not great with networking so if it’s an IP specific thing, I haven’t been able to solve it yet.
I suggest being more specific re: “this.” There is a lot of knowledge and wisdom on this forum, and the more specific your question is, the higher the likelihood that you will receive a useful response.
The Home assistant Enphase Envoy core integration does work with current Enphase Envoy and firmwares. Most recent firmware I’ve seen passng by is 8.2.4378.
If the envoy is available in your network, (make sure to only use wired or wifi, not both) using the IP is fine. In many cases HA will auto detect the envoy and show it with the IP.
Aside from this generic info, adding more detail to the issue will assist in solving it.
My firmware is 8.2.4345, so I would expect the core/stock integration to work.
I had my Envoy Gateway connected to a guest wifi, so HA never found it automatically. I just switched it over to my primary wifi network, which HA is on, and it did now discover it.
I’m using the IP address for the Envoy Gateway that comes up on my router, along with my Enlighten log in credentials at this window, but getting the ‘cannot connect’ error.
In speaking with Enphase, they suggested trying to set the enphase gate to a static IP. I’m not network savvy, so I wasn’t sure how to execute this.
I just sat on the phone with both Envoy and Eero (my router manufacturer) and was eventually able to set the static IP on the Envoy and then reserve that IP on the Eero and now everything is integrated!
