Integrating my flat intercom buzzer into home assist

Hi All,

I’m planning on making my flat buzzer intercom smart.

Basically, what I’m wanting to achieve is the following:

First the existing features will still operate such as it buzzes when someone presses the intercom from outside, I’m able to pickup the handset to speak and press the button to unlock the door.

Additionally, I would like:

When someone presses the intercom from outside my Amazon Alexa broadcasts an announcement saying something like “There is someone outside, shall I let them in?” If I then say yes it simulates pressing the button to buzz them in.

At the same time a notification will appear on my Android mobile prompting to approve entry (like these 2 factor authentication apps do). That way if I lost my key fob and found myself stuck outside but had my mobile with me, I could buzz my flat number then approve myself entry when the notification pops up.

The handset is a Fermax LOFT Basic VDS 3390 Telephone
I already have home assist with node-red install and the feature to broadcast announcements figured out.

Does this sound like something which is achievable?

This is how I made mine. Maybe not exactly what you want, but maybe a start?:
