Hi there.

I have a smart water heater DZD OKHE SMART which is normally controlled via a mobile app over Bluetooth.

Since we have the new native Bluetooth support in Home Assistant, I was wondering whether someone could prepare an integration for DZD smart water heaters.

Hi,

I am also interested in integrating the Drazice OKHE Smart Water Heater with the Home Assistant. I made some preliminary reverse engineering attempts at the Smart Boiler app for Android to analyze its code. I succeeded only partially. I failed to extract classes related to comm protocol. I discovered that a small company from Brno is developing iOS and Android apps for DZD.

There is some related project at ESP32 and thread (in Czech).

I forked the original ESPHome component and added support for pairing. Since my water heaters are not very close to where my HA lives, it’s better to have dedicated ESP32 to convert from BT to WiFi.
Since it uses standard ESPHome components, it can be connected to HA via MQTT or even directly.

I have problem with pairing. No PIN shows on displej. Log looks without error. Could you help me please with some advice? I have no idea whats is wrong or could I send LOGs and YAML to you email to check please?. Thank you very much
