Since Ecobee doesn’t want to play with home assistant anymore, I switched to using HomeKit as suggested online. The only problem is that every time I have to reboot home assistant for updates, my ecobee thermostat and accessories no longer show up as devices within the homekit integration. Is there a way to resolve this?
Same thing is happening with Yolink integration. Yolink integration fails to connect. I have to delete it and re-add it after every reboot.
