Integration of RTS blinders with Somfy Connectivity Kit & Homekit

Hello there!

I recently started going down the rabbithole with HA and im loving it!
ATM i have some basic automations running mostly with zigbee devices.

Next step on my ever growing (will it ever end?) want to/ have to bucket list for home automation are my blinders.
Sadly i couldn’t choose which type of motor(controller) get installed, so i’m stuck with Somfy RTS using Smoove 1 RTS switches.

I got me the Somfy Connectivity Kit as i read, that it can be integrated in HA via Overkiz and/or Homekit.

As of know i was able to integrate the kit as Homekit device in HA:

  • Downloaded Tahoma App
  • Connected via bluetooth to the SCK
  • Connected SCK to my network
  • Added Homekit device in HA

But i only see the kit/ device itself with the only entity button.somfy_sck_identify.
What am i missing, or how can i integrate my blinders? I also finished the configuration on the Tahoma App. After creating an account i was able to add a blinder:

  • Pressing “Prog” button on the Smoove Switch and search for device in the app
  • Testing blinder worked in Tahoma App. (Up-Down-Stop-My)

I was hoping, this way, when reintegrating the SCK as Homekit Device the blinder will appear as entity, but i still see only the one entity.

Did i miss something? I’d love to go w/o Overkiz as with SCK there is no local API support and cloud connection is needed.

Any hints much appreciated!

Best regardas and happy automating!

Best is to create an issue on GitHub and add your diagnostics. Most likely your device is not implemented if there is no cover entity.
