I’m planning on getting this, apparently both the door and motion sensors work with ZHA and Zigbee2MQTT as per:

These devices do indeed work with ZHA, I haven’t tried Zigbee2MQTT.
The door/window sensors show up as an opening sensor in ZHA. There’s a caveat with the motion sensor though, one entity shows as “Vibration” while in reality it’s the motion sensor with a very low turn off delay. My understanding though is that the motion sensor does provide vibration detection for tampering, so it might be a matter of doing some reverse engineering.
