Integration Request: ScentAir Whisper Home Diffuser

I recently received a diffuser and was hoping to integrate it into HA.
The device is essentially a fan with 3 speed settings, with LEDs on the device that are controllable.

The device is communicable via Bluetooth and WiFi and is controllable via a phone app, and an account is not needed to setup and control the device.

I’m not sure how to start with regards to figuring out what calls are used or how to write an integration, any assistance would be appreciated!

I went to figure out why my ScentAir diffusers weren’t producing scent and it turns out they’ve been offline for days (WiFi issues a few days ago). Seeing that they’ve become disconnected inside of HA would be a huge help.
