Integration with SwitchBot API 1.1

Dear community,

I’m new to HA, but have made a lot of progress in a matter of days, thanks to all the helpful content I found here. My current challenge is, that I’d need to set up integration with the new SwitchBot API 1.1. Local bluetooth is a no-go for a number of reasons, and I also happen to have a few of the newer Meter Plus devices, which do not support the old 1.0 API version. (Which I have successfully implemented using some older SwithBot gadgets, btw)

Did anyone figure out a reliable way of creating the authentication signature, that is required by the new API? - I have read about the AppDaemon solution here somewhere, but as I understand it is deemed unreliable.

Did you ever make any progress with this item? I’m facing the same item, where my local bluetooth is too far / unreliable, so would like to use the switchbot API, but I can’t use the 1.0 API and have to use the 1.1 API
